Editorial & Accuracy Policy
Tooltensor publishes practical business file tools and supporting PDF conversion utilities. This page explains the standards we use to keep file inspection transparent and results easy to understand.
Review standards
We use explicit parsing rules, standard reference logic where applicable, and predictable interface behavior across desktop and mobile. Each tool is designed to show clear labels, transparent output, and practical limitations.
File inspection standards
For file-based tools, Tooltensor prefers deterministic inspection over guesswork. When a file cannot be identified or parsed confidently, the page should say so clearly rather than implying certainty that does not exist.
How we check pages
We check tools for clear inputs, readable outputs, and correct behavior on common values and edge values. We also keep links, labels, and explanatory sections consistent across the site.
Corrections policy
If a user points out an issue, we investigate and update the page as needed. Important parsing, validation, or output fixes are handled first.
Scope and limitations
Tooltensor results are intended for general informational use. For medical, legal, tax, engineering, or compliance-sensitive decisions, users should verify results with an official or professional source. File inspection pages also do not certify legal or network compliance unless a page states that explicitly and can support that claim.
Recommendations and partner links
If Tooltensor later adds software recommendations or partner links, those relationships should be disclosed clearly and only appear where they are relevant to the workflow on the page. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the current standard.
